What the heck is this? Well it has all the same components as our 4-player 10-year anniversary tin version (check it out HERE) but it is in a cardboard box rather than a tin. It is intended for those gamers who already own Dead Man's Draw in our classic small box game, as they can put their existing game right into this bigger box for 8-player mayhem!
Yes, just add your existing copy of DMD to the box and you have an 8-player version of the game along with all the components from our 10-year version inside the box. Note this version ONLY has cards for 4-players but the box is printed as "8-players" as it is intended to be combined with your exisint DMD game.

Misprinted Cards
Please note that the game has two small misprints, the first one is that the large Swashbuckler cards are accidentally spelled "Swashbucker" and is missing that "L". This in no way effect game play. The 2nd small issue is the 6 Swashbuckler cards that are part of the 10-year anniversary edition exclusives was printed with "variant" printed on the back of the cards rather than having the correct back that is like all the other cards that go into play. This is a bit annoying as people will know the next card is a Swashbuckler variant card when they go to take another card from the draw pile, but since those cards can't make you bust anyway, it doesn't really effect game play. If you sleeve your cards you can easily put another unused card in behind those 6 cards so the back is the same as all the other cards too.
But, we have made the decision to reprint all 10 of those cards and are sending them out to all our kickstarter backers as soon as they are reprinted sometime in September/October of 2026. Anyone else purchasing this game from us directly we will also send replacement cards out seprately and at no extra cost as soon as we have them available.
